Data Privacy Request

You may request access to and/or deletion of any personal data we hold about you.

We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 days and provide access to, or delete, your personal information within 45 days.

The information you supply on this form will only be used for the purposes of identifying the personal data you are requesting and in responding to your request. We will keep a record of your request and our response for 24 months.
