and freelancers) by providing information and images, fact-checking,
coordinating interviews, or arranging in-person visits to The
Sweetest Place On Earth.
BUT PLEASE NOTE:
If you’d like to talk to our company about advertising opportunities or you’re seeking a donation, you’ve landed in the wrong place. The PR Team is unable to assist with such requests. So you should never contact a PR Team member about such things, under any circumstance. If you do reach out to a member of the PR Team with your advertising or donation query, you will not receive a response. Here’s what you need to do instead:

Media Passes to Hersheypark: If you’re a member of the media seeking free passes to Hersheypark but you are not on assignment, we’re very sorry that we’re unable to offer assistance. Due to the extremely high volume of requests we receive for free passes each year, our current media policy dictates that you must be on assignment in order to receive complimentary admission.
