February 18 - 23. Featuring a menu composed by native-Pennsylvania Chef, Alison Barshak. The COCOA BEARNERY will also feature Chocolate Desserts & Beverages from all continents including a cooking demonstration with Alison followed by a tasting on February 23 at 3:00 PM, $10 per person.

February 25 - 28. Enjoy the Taste of Havana with a menu composed by Guest Chef Giovanna Huyke. The COCOA BEANERY will also feature Cuban-inspired chocolate beverages & pastries.

HERSHEY'S Chocolate & Coffee Tasting at The COCOA BEANERY
Hosted by Starbucks Master Brewer, Sherry Dunbar and HERSHEY LODGE Executive Sous Chef Carlos Gomez. Coffee tasting will be followed by a cooking demonstration. February 16 at 4:00 PM $10.00 per person.

The Hershey, Pennsylvania Cookbook Book Signing
Marilyn Odesser-Torpey, author of The Hershey, Pennsylvania Cookbook, will be holding a book signing at Sweet Memories Gift Shop at HERSHEY LODGE on Saturday, February 23 from 11 AM to 3 PM.

An Afternoon with Giovanna Huyke featuring Cuban Sugar & HERSHEY'S Chocolate at The COCOA BEANERY
