Bring your sweetheart or best friend for an evening of all things chocolate. Guests will begin the evening by tasting warm drinking chocolates from around the world, followed by a special one-hour truffle-making class in the Chocolate Lab. Class participants will hand-roll rich, dark chocolate ganache, coat it in milk and white chocolate, then finish their handmade creations with a sweet array of toppings. Each guest will package their truffles in a charming box, receive a heart shaped candy bar and a fresh, long-stemmed red rose to take home. Participants will also enjoy learning about the courtship and marriage of Milton and Catherine Hershey as well as how chocolate is grown and processed.
