Leslie was named Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer in February 2017 having previously served as Vice President of Marketing & Analytics, Managing Director of Marketing, and Director of Entertainment Marketing for the company. Prior to joining the company in 2014, Leslie spent 15 years in the Consumer Goods Industry working for PepsiCo in various leadership roles, including Marketing, Director of Sales, and General Manager of Operations for the Pennsylvania Market.
Garrett was named Vice President of Communications & Corporate Relations in February 2012, having previously served as Associate Vice President of Public Affairs, Associate General Counsel, Director of Corporate Relations, and Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining the company, Garrett was a Deputy Attorney General for Pennsylvania and represented the Commonwealth in a number of prominent antitrust cases.
Andy was named Vice President, Human Resources in January 2014. Andy began his career with the company in 1984 at Hersheypark® and held various positions in the Foods Department at the Park over the next eight years. In 1992, he began his management career as Food Service Personnel Coordinator. Throughout his more than 20-year career with the company, Andy has held a variety of positions, including Manager Compensation/HRIS and Assistant General Manager of the Entertainment Complex. Prior to becoming the company's Vice President, Human Resources, Andy served as Managing Director of Human Resources.
Greg was named Vice President, Information Technology in October 2019, having previously served as Managing Director, Information Technology. Greg joined the company in 2000 and has held various roles within the Information Technology department. Greg is a member of the Board of Directors of The Foundation for Enhancing Communities (TFEC) and is also active in industry organizations.
Jane was named Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in June 2016. Prior to joining the company, Jane was a member of the legal department at Marriott International for more than 10 years, most recently serving as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel. Previously, she was a partner in Strasburger & Price, LLP (Mexico City and Washington, DC). Jane was admitted to the practice of law in 1982. She is a member of the Penn State School of Hospitality Management Industry Advisory Board.
John was appointed a Director of the company in June 2017, and elected Chairman of the Board in September 2019. John was elected Chief Executive Officer in June 2017 after serving as President since September 2016. He previously served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and held other leadership positions in the Entertainment division, including Director of Food & Beverage and Assistant General Manager of Hersheypark. Prior to joining the company, John worked with clients at Yankee Stadium, FedEx Field, and the Men's US Open Championships, as well as at other sporting venues and premier hospitality events throughout the country. John is a member of the Pennsylvania Restaurant & Lodging Association and the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA). He serves on the boards of the Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC, the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry and Penn State Harrisburg Board of Advisers.
Wendy was named Vice President, Finance and Treasurer in November 2017. Wendy began her career with the company in 2000 and has held various positions within the corporate finance department, including Manager of Business Analysis and Internal Audit, Director of Insurance, Assistant Corporate Controller, Assistant Treasurer and most recently serving as Treasurer. Prior to joining the company, Wendy worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers and BISYS Insurance Services.
Ed was named Vice President, Chief Financial Officer in March 2021. Prior to joining the company, Ed was a member of the Comcast Corporation for 15 years where he served in senior financial positions, including Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, NBCUniversal Operations & Technical Services, the international mass media, and entertainment conglomerate owned by Comcast, and Chief Financial Officer of Comcast Xfinity Home. Earlier in his career, Ed served as Sr. Director of Financial & Operational Audit with Comcast and Charming Shoppes, as well as Financial Audit Manager with Arthur Andersen.
Jennifer was named Assistant Secretary of the company in 2008. Jennifer began her career in the company’s Legal Department in 2002 and has held various positions including Staff Attorney and Corporate Compliance Coordinator and Associate Counsel and Compliance Manager. Currently, she serves as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary. Jennifer was admitted to practice law in 2003.
Becky was named an officer of the company in 2008. Becky joined the company in 1999 and has held various roles within the finance department including Managing Director, Finance at theHersheypark Entertainment Complex and Manager of Business Analysis and Internal Audit. Prior to joining the company, Becky worked at The Hershey Company and PricewaterhouseCoopers. A Certified Public Accountant, Becky serves on the boards of the HE&R Employee Support Fund and United Way of Lebanon County.
