In this fun family-style yoga class, children and their caregivers will learn breathing exercises, yoga poses and mindfulness by using storytelling and playful yoga-based activities.
Activities are for children ages 3 - 8, and include family/child yoga poses and games, reading a story book and quiet music with relaxation at the end of class.
Please bring a yoga mat, beach towel or blanket for each participant. No previous yoga experience required. Class instructed by Lindsay Curtin. Classes will be held in the Milton & Catherine Hershey Conservatory.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
