Best thing about representing the destination of Hershey: I love the variety of the attractions in Hershey and also the members of the Hershey Entertainment & Resorts staff that I have the opportunity to work with. When I drive into work in the morning, I never know what might come up that day – and I love that feeling. I enjoy the excitement of live interviews and the challenge of crafting just the right message for my audience.
Favorite ride at Hersheypark: Comet, our oldest roller coaster
Favorite animal at ZooAmerica: The alligator. I had an "opportunity" to hold one during a live television interview.

Favorite "fun fact" about Hershey: The air here smells like chocolate just before it rains.
Most memorable moment in Hershey: There are so many! I’ve been fortunate to meet so many interesting people in the years I’ve worked here. My sons, who were 18 and 21 at the time, had an opportunity to assist me at a Dave Matthews Band concert at Hersheypark Stadium. I’ll never forget the looks on their faces when Dave Matthews said "hi" to them. They were and still are big fans, so they were awestruck – and I was just glowing.
