The HERSHEY BEARS Foundation was created to uphold and expand upon the HERSHEY BEARS tradition of giving. A 501c3 charity organization, the HERSHEY BEARS Foundation was established to make a difference in the lives of central Pennsylvanians by assisting community organizations.
In addition to their pursuit for victory on the ice, the BEARS recognize their responsibility to the local community.

Through the Foundation, the BEARS donate time, resources, and financial support to area organizations. The HERSHEY BEARS Foundation expands upon the BEARS past charity work such as jersey auctions, team events, and appearances.
