DIVERSITY EVENTS

Each year Hershey Entertainment & Resorts encourages all of our staff on all levels, at all of our divisions to come together in a variety of ways to learn about themselves and others with whom they work. This is accomplished through special events and a number of “Lunch & Learn” programs available to all staff.

HERSHEYFEST – This annual event has become a favorite of employees. Each year they look forward to coming together in a festive atmosphere that provides special ethnic programs, entertainment, and food! It’s a place to showcase their heritages and learn about where we come from, how we live, and of course, the wonderful foods of each region.

“LUNCH & LEARN” – Our “Lunch & Learn” programs cover a wide range of issues from cultural dance to educational classes in understanding and social graces. Each class is available several times over the lunch period providing opportunity for everyone who is interested to come, learn, and profit from the experience through understanding. Lunch is provided.
