An Animal Encounter is a short presentation which gives
a quick introduction to ZOOAMERICA and allows a group to observe one
animal, up close and personal. The group may then explore the Zoo at
their leisure.
Outreach
Programs can
be presented off-site throughout the year. The programs include a discussion
on a specific topic and a live
animal demonstrations. An Outreach Program
is a wonderful opportunity for classrooms, scout and church groups,
camps, senior citizens and many other groups to experience a part of
the Zoo at their own facility.
All Guided Tours, On-site Programs and
Animal Encounters are offered to groups of 15 or more. They must be
scheduled in advance and are offered during our regular operating hours.
