John was named Chief Executive Officer in June 2017 after serving as President since September 2016. He previously served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and held other leadership positions in the Entertainment division, including Director of Food & Beverage and Assistant General Manager of Hersheypark. Prior to joining the company, John worked with clients at Yankee Stadium, FedEx Field, and the Men's US Open Championships, as well as at other sporting venues and premier hospitality events throughout the country. John is a member of the Pennsylvania Restaurant & Lodging Association and the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA). He serves of the advisory board of Four Diamonds and the board of directors of the Pennsylvania Family Support Alliance.
Leslie was named Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer in February 2017 having previously served as Vice President of Marketing & Analytics, Managing Director of Marketing, and Director of Entertainment Marketing for the company. Prior to joining the company in 2014, Leslie spent 15 years in the Consumer Goods Industry working for PepsiCo in various leadership roles including Marketing, Director of Sales, and General Manager of Operations for the Pennsylvania Market.
Garrett was named Vice President of Communications & Corporate Relations in February 2012, having previously served as Associate Vice President of Public Affairs, Associate General Counsel, Director of Corporate Relations, and Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining the company, Garrett was a Deputy Attorney General for Pennsylvania and represented the Commonwealth in a number of prominent antitrust cases.
Andy was named Vice President, Human Resources in January 2014. Andy began his career with the company in 1984 at Hersheypark and held various positions in the Foods Department at the Park over the next eight years. In 1992, he began his management career as Food Service Personnel Coordinator. Throughout his more than 20-year career with the company, Andy has held a variety of positions, including Manager Compensation/HRIS and Assistant General Manager of the Entertainment Complex. Prior to becoming the company's Vice President, Human Resources, Andy served as Managing Director of Human Resources.
Jane was named Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in June 2016. Prior to joining the company, Jane was a member of the legal department at Marriott International for more than 10 years, most recently serving as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel. Previously, she was a partner in Strasburger & Price, LLP (Mexico City and Washington, DC). Jane was admitted to the practice of law in 1982. She is also a National Association of Corporate Directors Governance Fellow.
Dave was named Chief Financial Officer, Secretary/Treasurer in August 1997 and was promoted to Vice President in February 1998. In February 2004 he was assigned responsibility for the company's Commercial Group. Dave joined the company in 1990 as Budget Director/Financial Analyst and over his career with the company has served as Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, Finance Hersheypark Group, and General Manager, Hersheypark Arena & Stadium.
Wendy was named Vice President, Finance and Treasurer in November 2017. Wendy began her career with the company in 2000 and has held various positions within the corporate finance department including Manager of Business Analysis and Internal Audit, Director of Insurance, Assistant Corporate Controller, Assistant Treasurer and most recently serving as Treasurer. Prior to joining the company, Wendy worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers and BISYS Insurance Services.
Kevin was named Vice President, Sports & Attractions in March 2018. Kevin began his full-time career with the company in 1996 in the accounting department of Hersheypark. Throughout his tenure, he has held various financial and operational positions within the Resorts and Entertainment divisions including Assistant General Manager, Revenue Operations at Hersheypark, Managing Director of Maintenance for the Entertainment Complex, Managing Director of Finance - Accounting Processes and Procurement and most recently, General Manager, Attractions & Entertainment.
