Bill was named Chief Executive Officer in January 2013. Previously he held the roles of President & Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer. From April 2002, Bill was Vice President of the Entertainment Group. In 1996, he joined the company as General Manager of Hershey Lodge. Before coming to the company, Bill held various positions with the following resort properties: Williamsburg Inn; Kingsmill Resort; Gaylord Hotel; Nashville; and Hyatt Hotels.
John was named President in October 2016, and continues to hold the Chief Operating Officer position of the company. He previously served as Vice President of Operations and other leadership positions in the Entertainment division, including Director of Food & Beverage and Assistant General Manager of Hersheypark. Prior to joining HE&R, John worked with clients at Yankee Stadium, FedEx Field, and the Men's US Open Championships, among other sporting venues and premier hospitality events throughout the country.
Leslie was named Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer in March 2017 having previously served as Vice President of Marketing & Analytics, Managing Director of Marketing, and Director of Entertainment Marketing for the company. Prior to joining the company in 2014, Leslie spent 15 years in the Consumer Goods Industry working for PepsiCo in various leadership roles including Marketing, Director of Sales, and most recently, General Manager of Operations for the Pennsylvania Market.
Garrett was named Vice President of Communications & Corporate Relations in February 2012 having previously served as Associate Vice President of Public Affairs, Associate General Counsel, Director of Corporate Relations, and Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer as well as other leadership positions within the company. Prior to joining the company, Garrett was a Deputy Attorney General for Pennsylvania – where he represented the Commonwealth in a number of prominent antitrust cases.
Andy was named Vice President, Human Resources, in January 2014. Andy began his career with HE&R in 1984 at Hersheypark, and held various positions in the Foods Department at the Park over the next 8 years. In 1992, he began his management career as Food Service Personnel Coordinator. Throughout his more than 20-year career at HE&R, Andy has held a variety of positions, including Manager Compensation/HRIS and Assistant General Manager of the Entertainment Complex. Prior to becoming the company's Vice President, Human Resources, Andy served as Managing Director of Human Resources.
Jane was named Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in June 2016. Prior to joining the company, Jane was a member of the legal department at Marriott International for more than ten years, most recently serving as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel. Previously, she was a partner in Strasburger & Price, LLP (Mexico City and Washington, DC). Jane was admitted to the practice of law in 1982.
Dave was named Chief Financial Officer, Secretary/Treasurer in August 1997 and was promoted to Vice President in February 1998. In February of 2004 he was assigned responsibility for the company's Commercial Group. Prior to becoming the company's Chief Financial Officer, Dave had been the General Manager, Hersheypark Arena & Stadium since February 1996. He also served the company as Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, Budget Director/Financial Analyst from 1990 to 1993 and then as Managing Director, Finance Hersheypark Group from 1993 to 1996.
